Job Description 

Manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. 


Requirements

• Graduate of Engineering (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or equivalent four-year college technical degree 

• Proven working experience in project management 

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills 

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) /certification is a plus 

• Experience with ISO 9001 requirements

Job Description 

Act as a product expert for Sales Engineer, customers and partners. The Business Development Engineer is responsible for working collaboratively with the outside sales team as product advocate and technical guide. The Business Development Engineer must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for technical and commercial issues to conform and assure customer specifications. This role will develop and maintain new business and services directed to the Industrial and Power Plant markets.


Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Engineering (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or equivalent four years college technical degree. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 

• Proven working experience in Applications 

• Knowledge in Auto Cad (is an edge) and process simulation software 

• Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills 

• With at least one-year related work experience 

• Analytical and with good problem-solving skills 

• Experience with ISO 9001 requirements

SALES ENGINEER

Job Description 

Must combine technical knowledge with sales skills and experience to provide advice and support on a wide range of products (i.e Industrial Valves and Actuators). The ideal candidate will be a key point of contact for customers/clients and provide both pre-sales and post-sales services. The candidate will work regularly with other members of the sales team and colleagues from departments such as applications, purchasing, and logistics.


Requirements

• Graduate of Engineering (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or equivalent four-year college technical degree 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 

• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills 

• Technical background in Industrial Valves and Actuators 

• Ability to build relationships with clients 

• Outstanding pre-sales and post-sales account management and follow-through skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail 

• Technical sales support experience 

• Engagement with sugar, power plant, mining, water, oil & gas, and process industries 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good working knowledge of Industrial Valves and Actuators 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation skills, self-starter, cooperative attitude, team player 

• Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines 

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly 

• Resilient and Tenacious
